We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Market Harborough. As a key strategic player, you will bring your energy and drive to help create momentum and implement our plans for growth.

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to assist the New Business Development Manager in research, business development, and customer relationship management.

  • Research potential customers and develop effective communication methods to shape and build new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a rich customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage inbound phone and online enquiries, producing suitable proposals and quotes for all enquiries.
  2. Optimise and maximise business opportunities through the sales cycle.
  3. Create bespoke event solutions to suit customer needs, supporting the New Business Account Manager in generating new business.
  4. Nurture new customers into repeat business, presenting to customers in a creative way to inspire and motivate them to select us.
Administration & Management
  • Manage customer content and the sales process through our internal CRM system.
  • Ensure efficient and professional execution of each enquiry and event.
  • Meet call and business acquisition targets.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, or sales.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional employee benefits.
