About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Medicines Management Technician to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacy Medicines Management Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medicines across the trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medicines management policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on medicines management to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless medicines management across the trust.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medicines management activities.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with medicines management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.
- Significant post-qualification experience working as a registered technician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
