Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Electrician

Rise 10 Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with a well-established and growing electrical installations company based in Northampton. This reputable organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of electricians on commercial installations, overseeing day-to-day activities, and working closely with contracts managers. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong drive to pursue professional development courses and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of electricians on large residential and commercial projects
  • Ensuring safe and effective work practices in line with the company's health and safety policies
  • Managing commercial installations, including EV installations and EICRs
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Collaborating with contracts managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Level 3 diploma in electrical installation
  • ~2391 inspection and testing certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
