Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and receive all incoming goods, verifying quantities and conditions.
  • Unpack and store deliveries in designated areas, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.
  • Process internal inventory requests, picking and distributing items as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, investigating discrepancies and initiating corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of inventory types and locations across multiple stores.
  • Raise purchase orders to re-stock and maintain inventory levels.
  • Support the Stores Manager in delivering a first-class customer-focused service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar stores, inventory, or customer service-based role.
  • Excellent numerical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate, including the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Organized, timely, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Full driving licence.
