Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement effective support strategies for students with SEN.
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning culture.
  • Support the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to their implementation.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
