Do you have what it takes to become our next Automotive Service Director? We're seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to lead our Autocentre team and drive business growth.

As an Automotive Service Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. With a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, you'll need excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate and develop your team.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, plus an outstanding bonus structure that rewards high performers. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive training programme, career development opportunities and a range of employee perks.

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Hrs: 48 hours per week (8.30-5.30 Mon to Fri & 8.30-5 Sat)
