About the Role

Global Draw Limited is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Operations team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Operations Quality function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain quality documentation, including records and reports.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and compliance among team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services.
  • Manage and resolve quality-related issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
