Lead Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Psychologist in our specialist mental health service for men who are deaf or have complex communication needs. As a Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Psychologists and Assistants, and will play a key role in the development and implementation of new initiatives and ways of working.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Psychologists and Assistants
• Develop and implement new initiatives and ways of working
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a high-quality service to service users
• Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to service users
• Supervise junior members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed

• Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society
• Successful completion of a Doctorate level qualification in applied psychology
• Competence in assessing, formulating, and working therapeutically with service users
• Ability to identify and proactively resolve problems and challenges within the service
• Ability to supervise junior members of the team

• Annual salary of £62,533
