Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary:
Aeropeople Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Stores team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing parts and aircraft components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods and materials for physical damage and proper documentation
- Log all incoming goods and aircraft components on our internal IT systems
- Ensure rejected goods and parts are quarantined and labelled, and that the Team Leader is informed about the discrepant condition
- Meet all Customs procedures and processes to comply with UK and Global Legislation
- Issue approved parts, materials, and special tooling to the Workshop Technicians
- Ensure that all outgoing aircraft components are packed for distribution in the agreed packing boxes and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory using computerised systems
- Ensure that material is removed from store before it's due to expire
- Adhere to all Company standard operating procedures and health and safety procedures
- Meet Stores quality and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or bonded warehouse environment
- IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel
- A willingness to learn an industry software package (Aerotrac)
- A current forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
