Job Overview

Crisis24, a leading integrated risk management firm, seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to provide maternity cover in our Bournemouth office. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for administrative duties, including recruitment, employee records, and payroll assistance.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to support our HR Manager in various tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office packages is essential, and French language skills would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal and external HR-related queries
  • Maintain and update digital employee records, including administration and maintenance of the Crisis24 Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Assist with the recruitment process, screening, and initiating background checks
  • Coordinate and track mandatory employee training programs
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

What You Will Work On

  • You will work closely with the HR Manager to complete administrative tasks, including payroll assistance, employee contracts, and general HR support
  • Able to act with professionalism and discretion, relating well to people at all levels, ensuring employee confidentiality is maintained at all times

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
