About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Legal Executive to join our team at Prodrive. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and managing contracts with clients, drivers, partners, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all agreements are properly documented and legally binding.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for our contracting process, including template development and maintenance.
  • Implement an efficient renewals process and monitor existing contracts to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel to develop robust and enforceable agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to commercial negotiations and track contract completion.
  • Offer commercial advice to colleagues on contractual matters and risk management.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a law degree or base law qualification, a passion for motorsport, and an interest in working in business rather than the legal profession. Previous experience in a commercially focused team, particularly in a sporting environment, is advantageous but not essential.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to distill complex issues into clear advice, and a high level of commercial awareness. You will thrive in a fast-paced and action-oriented culture.
