About the Role:

Côte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the delivery of a motivated and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menus
  • Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
