At Knightwood Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Associate to join our team in Central London. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our clients to provide crucial technical advice and ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act (BSA).

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending design team meetings, preparing BSA progress reports, and liaising with clients to ensure compliance. You will also participate in design development, ensure the fire and emergency file is in place, and monitor the competency of the design team.

We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge of the BSA and a good understanding of the new Gateway 2 requirements. You will have the opportunity to develop into a management role and contribute to the prevention and resolution of some of the industry's most pressing issues.

Key responsibilities include:
