Job Title: Senior Technical Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Associate to join our team at Knightwood Associates. As a Senior Technical Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing technical advice to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with practices, developers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building safety regulations, particularly with the Building Safety Act (BSA), across high-risk buildings throughout RIBA stages 2-6.
  • Ensure the Fire and Emergency File is in place during the design phase.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of building safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
