Branch Manager - Education Recruitment

Are you a seasoned recruitment professional looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for education and a drive to succeed? We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Education Recruitment team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of successful consultants and resourcers in the education recruitment sector
  • Develop and implement sales plans to deliver business results and conduct regular sales and operations meetings
  • Add to your headcount to build a high-performing team while aligning your branch to our company culture
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team briefs, including information about sales goals, campaigns, and other relevant details
  • Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment
  • Motivate the team to achieve the highest possible outcomes through activity while balancing wellbeing
  • Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Draft forecasts, business plans, and manage budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives

We're on a steep growth trajectory, with plans to open a new branch each year for the next 5 years. This role will develop fast, with opportunities to reduce your billing responsibilities as your branch grows. You'll have support from head office for compliance, internal recruitment, HR, and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in agency recruitment, ideally in education recruitment
  • Management experience in education recruitment is a plus
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
