**About the Role:**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Manchester, UK.

You will be working with individuals who require support with daily living skills, community outreach, and housing goals.

In this role, you will work in partnership with agencies involved in people's support and care planning to promote the rights of service users with mental health needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting citizens in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with mental health diagnoses.

A competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

We provide a range of benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
