We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Marketing to join our team at HiBob. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product-market fit for our suite of products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute successful global product marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, corporate marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product-led marketing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials for the product, including one-pagers, discovery guides, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence resources.
- Lead the cross-company product launch process, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Partner closely with the product management team to influence product strategy based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global product marketing strategies for pipeline and revenue creation.
- Experience working hand in hand with B2B product and marketing teams and executives, proving measurable success.
- Experience delivering and leading market and customer research to influence product and GTM strategy.
- Experience innovating and leading company-wide product launch readiness & campaigns.
- Demonstrated success with product positioning & messaging storytelling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions.
