Support Role for Students with Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at a mixed SEND School in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with Autism, ADHD, and complex needs, working closely with KS3 and KS4 students.
- Assisting pupils with their daily activities
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure effective student support
