Fuse Energy is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to building a terawatt of renewables to power the world. With a strong mission and a talented team, we're looking for a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our London-based operations.

The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Operations Analyst to work across the business, delivering our core products to customers. This includes scoping, modelling, and designing new products and business lines, as well as expanding our operations to other markets. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a technical background, able to sift through noise, identify key details, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and optimizing our core supply operations, from energy trading to finance
  • Building and pricing innovative products and working on strategy to deliver them
  • Expanding our operations to other markets, breaking down the business and regulatory environment in each jurisdiction
  • Sourcing and negotiation of contracts with partners to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
  • Track record of exceptional achievement
  • Relentless approach to solving problems
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to work well individually or in a team
  • London-based or willing to relocate
