About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Energy Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy for Business. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Upskill in different tariffs, including Panel Power and Electroverse.
  4. Learn about government schemes and their impact on our customers.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance our business customers' experience.
