Job Summary
We're currently recruiting a highly skilled Culinary Experience Coordinator to join our team at Defence on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

About the Role
You will oversee menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently enhance our offerings. You'll also support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image. Your role will involve monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
* Implement menu changes to ensure our offerings remain innovative and appealing
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and suggest solutions to address any issues
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts to enhance our offerings
* Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image by ensuring exceptional customer service
* Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and efficiently managed
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts
* Have experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
