As a patient booker, you will be responsible for booking appointments for patients via telephone, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling processes.

You will also assist with basic administrative tasks, providing exceptional support to the team and contributing to a smooth workflow.

About You:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  2. Multitasking Ability: You demonstrate the capacity to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of £14.50 per hour, with a Monday to Friday schedule providing a great work-life balance.
