Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized fitness programs for clients.
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute programs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a related field, with a focus on older adult communities.
  • Current certification in personal training or exercise science.
  • Ability to adapt programs to meet the needs of diverse clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package.
