We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher to join our small and friendly junior school. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to our school's vision of helping children develop into the best versions of themselves.

About the Role

This part-time position involves teaching two full days and receiving generous PPA time on another afternoon. You will work in a Year 5 class, sharing the role of class teacher with an experienced and dedicated colleague. There may be the opportunity for two further afternoons of teaching, if desired, for a suitable candidate.

What We Offer

Our school is situated near the Hertfordshire borders on the outskirts of Luton, offering a convenient location with access to transport connections. We are a small two-form entry junior school with a 'family feel' and a supportive staff team. Our school benefits from an expansive site, including large playing fields for our children to enjoy. We work in collaboration with our outstanding partner infant school to ensure that children benefit from the Someries experience from Nursery to Year 6.

Requirements

We are looking for a high-quality teacher who is passionate about junior school education and can inspire our children to do even more than they think they can. You will be given the freedom to focus on what you are in the job for - teach - and will have the opportunity to use your drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to enhance our school further.
