Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance professional to lead our Compliance Team in Jersey. As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all regulated Alter Domus Jersey companies are fully compliant with relevant rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and Money Laundering Compliance Officer for Alter Domus Jersey Entities.
  • Conduct regular and comprehensive compliance-risk assessments and testing to identify and monitor the remediation of any risks.
  • Develop and implement effective Compliance Monitoring Programs to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide regular reports to the Jersey Board and the Head of EMEA on compliance monitoring and other compliance matters.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Compliance Team, driving a culture of compliance and risk control across Alter Domus Jersey.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of Financial Services experience in a Compliance environment.
  • Experience in the roles of CO, MLRO, or MLCO for a Regulated Business in Jersey.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship with the regulator.
  • Hold the International Diploma in Compliance or AML or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team of Compliance and AML professionals.
