Your Journey

As a Chef Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced and fun environment. You'll develop your knowledge, skills, and behavior, learning the fundamental principles of building a successful career as a professional chef. You'll practice your new skills while at work, with the full support of the team around you.

You'll gain hands-on experience working with top-quality fresh local produce, prepping and cooking our dishes to the required specification, while dealing with high volumes and maintaining consistency. You'll learn how to adapt your approach and work flexibly while under pressure.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll be led by some of the best in our business, gaining first-hand experience of the working practices of an efficient kitchen. Your practical lessons, along with the experience you'll gain as part of a busy commercial kitchen team, will enable you to gain a nationally recognized qualification and progress to become an integral member of our extended operations.
