Are you looking to start a rewarding career in the culinary arts? We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Chef Apprentice at the Crabshell Inn, part of St Austell Brewery's managed pub estate.

As a Chef Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, developing your skills and knowledge in food preparation and cooking. You'll learn the fundamental principles of cooking, including working with fresh local produce, preparing and cooking dishes to specification, and maintaining consistency under pressure.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen, working with a talented team to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in food safety, hygiene, and presentation, as well as learning about the importance of teamwork and communication in a kitchen environment.

We're proud to offer a comprehensive training program, including a fully funded Level 2 qualification in cookery, which equates to a GCSE in cookery.
