This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. As a Chef Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced chefs to learn the fundamental principles of cooking and gain hands-on experience in food preparation and presentation.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in food safety, hygiene, and presentation, as well as learn about different cuisines and cooking techniques. You will also have the chance to work with high-quality fresh local produce and develop your knowledge of menu planning and costing.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including a nationally recognized qualification, and the opportunity to progress to more senior roles within the company. Our team is committed to supporting your development and providing a positive and inclusive work environment.
