Are you looking to start a rewarding career in the culinary arts? St Austell Brewery is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Chef Apprentice.

As a Chef Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, developing your skills and knowledge in a commercial kitchen setting. You will learn the fundamental principles of cooking, including food safety, menu planning, and kitchen management.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of kitchen roles, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will also have access to ongoing training and development, including workshops, seminars, and one-to-one coaching.

As a Chef Apprentice with St Austell Brewery, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality food and drink. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our pubs, restaurants, and events.
