About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Priory Group. As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support
  • Provide education and training to service users, families, and carers on learning disability-related topics
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to learning disability care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of learning disability-related policies and procedures
