We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Burgess Hill. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Participate in the development of new services and care pathways, contributing to the growth and improvement of our services.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care and quality.
