Territory Sales Manager

Landers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the South West of England and Wales. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across current and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including public and private sector organizations
- Manage and coordinate sales activities, including journey planning and customer management
- Collaborate with National Accounts, Logistics, and Marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
- Manage CRM and budget planning and forecasting
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience in field sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively
- Experience selling to the public sector and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Extremely lucrative bonus structure
- Base salary of £40,000 per annum
