We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing companionship-based care to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework.
- Support our clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, showering, and dressing.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50-£14.50.
- Guaranteed contracts of 10-25 hours per week.
- 5.6 weeks of paid holiday.
- 3% pension contribution.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
- Fully paid training and access to specialist qualifications.
