Employment Partnerships and Inclusion Specialist

At Doing good leeds, we are seeking an Employment Partnerships and Inclusion Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for fostering inclusive workplaces by working closely with employers to understand their needs and provide a comprehensive support package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employer Outreach and Engagement: Identify and engage with public sector employers to introduce them to our program and build relationships to ensure their commitment.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide ongoing support to employers, helping them understand and implement the support package, and collaborate to tailor it to their specific needs.
  • Program Promotion: Promote the benefits of our program to employers, highlighting the importance of inclusivity and its positive impact on their organisations.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and report on employer engagement activities, ensuring targets are met, and collect feedback to continuously improve the support package and engagement strategies.
  • Behavioural and Attitudinal Change: Work with employers to foster changes in behaviours and attitudes towards inclusivity, providing resources and training to support them in creating more inclusive workplaces.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on engagement activities, outputs, and outcomes, including key performance indicators, and analyse data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Long-term Impact: Contribute to the long-term goal of making workplaces in Bradford and Leeds more inclusive, sharing success stories and best practices to inspire other employers to join our program.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all interactions and transactions are documented in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
