We are seeking a highly skilled Social Housing Project Manager to join our team at We are Footprint.
About the Role:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of social housing projects in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
- Manage project budgets to ensure value for money, with an estimated salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including budget tracking and forecasting.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
