Job Title: Healthcare Sales Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our team at Boots. As a Healthcare Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on healthcare products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver complete care to customers, providing advice on healthcare products and services to enable them to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.
  2. Actively interact with and approach customers, using The Boots Healthcare Way to ensure they have access to solutions and receive the right advice to meet their needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest products and topics in the health and wellbeing world, acting as the store's health and wellbeing ambassador.
  4. Educate customers on the benefits of healthcare products and services, promoting the Boots omnichannel offering and signposting them to further solutions.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community, referring patients to an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

  1. Energetic and passionate about finding the best solutions for customers.
  2. Curious about patients, customers, and their holistic health and wellbeing.
  3. Empathetic, approachable, and able to interact sensitively.
  4. A team player who loves to contribute to the team and store's success.
  5. Digitally savvy and comfortable with embracing technology and the omnichannel offering.
  6. Commercially driven and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
  7. An ambassador for the Boots brand and healthcare, eager to learn about everything health.
  8. Will be prepared to learn and be comfortable in completing a Healthcare training Programme at NVQ2 or equivalent.
