Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avery Healthcare, one of the UK's largest providers of luxury elderly care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

With a strong focus on person-centered care, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior staff members, sharing your expertise and experience to ensure exceptional care delivery.

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and end-of-life support
• Assessing resident needs and developing tailored care plans that prioritize their comfort, safety, and quality of life
• Mentoring and supervising junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current NMC registration and a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Experience in leadership or mentorship roles an advantage

Our competitive salary package includes £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
