About CV-Library's HSCNI Team

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Services Associate to join our team within Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI).

This role involves coordinating the delivery and collection of community equipment and continence products, providing excellent customer service, and managing documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Coordination: Use software packages to optimize logistics and improve efficiency in the delivery and collection of community equipment and continence products.
  • Customer Service: Respond to public inquiries and address their needs in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare equipment collection dockets, schedule equipment returns, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate filing of requisitions and delivery notes, as well as record returned equipment in relevant databases, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Stock Management Support: Assist in stock counts and manage the community equipment stock catalogue, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained and accessible.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a customer service or logistics environment, with regular use of patient administration systems.
  • At least five GCSEs, including English Language and Maths (Grades A* to C).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar applications.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.67, paid weekly.
  • A standard full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • An ongoing temporary contract, offering stability and security.
