Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling of works and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of works and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Work with National Federation rates, providing accurate cost estimates and overseeing contract compliance.
- Liaise with social housing landlords and internal teams to coordinate works and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of works, contracts, and costs.
- Provide administrative support to the contract management team, ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous planning experience in a similar role.
- Experience with National Federation rates and the ability to schedule up works.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
