We are offering a salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum for this exciting opportunity.

About the Role

The firm's Probate team is growing, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Lincoln office. As a Fee Earner, you will have a full caseload, handling Probate matters including drafting wills, trusts, and estate administration for high net worth clients.

You will work closely with the team to deliver expert advice and excellent client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting power of attorney documents
  • Managing trust and estate administration
  • Handling complex cases for high net worth business and agricultural clients
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years PQE
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills
