Job Summary
Matalan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Manager to join our store management team. As a key role model, you will be responsible for showcasing our company values and behaviors while optimizing sales and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service and a passion for retail.
- Implement seasonal layouts and visual guidelines throughout the store, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Develop and upskill team members, providing regular feedback to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
