Mental Health Interventionist

We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Interventionist to join our team at Aspire People. Our client school in Shifnal is committed to providing high-quality education for students with SEMH needs, and we need someone who can help us achieve this goal.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEMH. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Behavior Mentor or in a similar role, and a strong understanding of SEMH and experience working with students who have these needs.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with students exhibiting challenging behavior to provide support and guidance
- Implementing evidence-based strategies to manage and improve behavior, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students
Aspire People offers competitive daily rates of pay (£80-£100) based on experience, as well as ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
