**Role: Residential Childcare Worker**

**Salary**: **Up to £25,640.00 per annum (inclusive of sleep in allowance, based on 8 sleep ins per month) plus welcome bonus of £200 - £300 and **another £200 - £300 once you pass your probation (minimum six months)**

**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

Acorn Education & Care are recruiting Children’s Care Workers to join our teams within the Staffordshire area.

At Ivy Farm we will enable you to support vulnerable children aged 7-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). This means that the Children we care for may have experienced challenging or traumatic upbringings and may have difficultieswith anxiety, mental health or in some cases self-harm.

The home is based in the Shifnal area**, **and is within commutable distance from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and surrounding towns and villages.
