Job Title: Lead Social Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Lead Social Care Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) in London Borough of Lambeth.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience working with Looked After children and UASC. You must hold HCPC Registration and have a good understanding of the UK's Social Care industry. Additionally, you should be eligible to work in the UK and have a Enhanced DBS/CRB certificate.

The Ideal Candidate:
This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage complex case loads and prioritize tasks effectively. You should be confident in your decision-making abilities and have excellent communication skills. Furthermore, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, attending meetings and chairing sessions as needed.
