Key Responsibilities:- Actively listen to customer queries and fact-find to understand changes to policy details and circumstances.
- Utilize training and systems to offer customers suitable products and prices for their upcoming insurance needs.
- Talk confidently about our products, provide accurate information, and ensure customers understand their policy, quotation, and services.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering quality customer outcomes.
- Self-motivated individuals with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and drive positive resolutions through excellent communication skills.
