Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Enforcement Support Specialist to lead our repairs workshop, ensuring timely and efficient repairs of our traffic enforcement equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability and accuracy of our systems, enabling us to continue delivering world-class traffic management services.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the repairs workshop to guarantee prompt and high-quality repairs of traffic enforcement equipment
  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective repair strategies
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in electronics or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading repairs workshops or similar environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
