We are seeking a Compliance and Governance Specialist to join SC1 Recruitment Ltd in Sheffield, focusing on providing adaptable support services. This role involves leading the Scheduling, Training, and Compliance teams to ensure all services meet industry regulations. Key responsibilities include running workflow reports, conducting audits, and analyzing data to ensure compliance across all operations. The successful candidate will present statistics and insights to ensure the business meets all compliance targets, including care plans, risk assessments, and safety standards.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about driving compliance, ensuring best practices, and maintaining high standards of care. The Compliance and Governance Specialist will oversee the Scheduling and Training & Compliance teams, conduct audits, and provide actionable feedback to improve processes. They will support the Registered Manager by highlighting compliance gaps and recommending solutions.

Requirements:
  1. Previous management experience in a similar role within the care sector.
  2. Business Management qualification Level 3-5.
  3. Strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and care regulations.
  4. Analytical and process-driven mindset, with experience in creating reports and audits.
  5. Proven ability to lead by example with a passion for care and compliance.
  6. Systems and data experience essential.
  7. A driving license or access to transport is required.
