Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Dunfermline, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products and report any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure production deadlines are met and the work area is clean and organized.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with stock management and packing of products to ensure efficient logistics.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks and willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
