About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at Mediaworks. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our clients' paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and optimize the performance of paid social media accounts across multiple platforms and industry verticals.
- Conduct performance reporting, automation, testing roadmaps, campaign innovation, and finance processes.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and platform partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Maximize operational efficiencies, identify process improvement opportunities, and help implement best practices within the team.
- Support client services and contribute to client calls and meetings with various stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in social channels, strategies, and other areas of online marketing.
About You
We're looking for a highly experienced Paid Media Manager with a strong understanding of key platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You should have at least 3 years of experience in paid social media, with a proven track record of managing and developing team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social media, with a strong understanding of key platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience managing and developing team members.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of both strategic and tactical application of paid social activity within the broader context of digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing activity across both B2B and E-commerce sectors and managing multi-channel approaches with varied marketing objectives.
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
- A passion for marketing and advertising, with experience in campaign management and a drive to contribute significantly to successful outcomes.
- Strong time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A commercially focused approach with a strategic mindset, able to drive growth and enhance the performance marketing team.
