We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled RSCN to further their career and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and training and supporting HCAs with their clinical skills and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
- Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client physical and physiological needs
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
- Build and maintain relationships with client families
- Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
- RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style with the ability to bring out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
- Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
- 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday

- Business travel expenses of £0.45 per mile
- Excellent Learning and Development programme
- Company Mobile Phone and Laptop
